CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations Over 48 Hours
In the event of cancellation, amending or rescheduling with over 48 hours’ notice of your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or moved.
Cancellations Under 24 Hours
Any appointments cancelled, rescheduled, amended within 24 hours of your appointment start time, or you don’t show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of your total service cost.
Reminders
We send email reminders 24 hours before your booked appointment. If you don’t have the reminder service, call us on 0203 6656794 or email bookings@sanyaspalondon.com with your contact details and we’ll add them to your record.
How to Cancel or Change Your Appointments
Amendments/ cancellations can be done by calling us on 0203 6656794. 48hours notice is required to make any changes. Please do not cancel or change appointments over social media or email, the accounts are not monitored 24/7 and the message may be missed, please telephone 0203 6656794.
RUNNING TIMES

In our service industry, appointment times can be unpredictable, so we base them on averages. We cannot guarantee you will be in and out in your exact booking time so please make appointments when you are not in a rush to get out at a specific time. We want you to have the best luxury spa experience and rushing not only compromises your experience but adds stress and pressure on your beautician. We endeavor to run on time, please try to be on time for us.

If we are late starting your appointment your service is not affected.

If you are late for your appointment, you may have your treatment time shortened to avoid inconvenience to other scheduled clients. We cannot guarantee you the full service you booked for, but we can guarantee we will do everything we can to make you look and feel amazing in the time we have; we may be able to carry out your treatment with a different therapist but if this is not possible, we will do what we can but will charge for the full cost of original booking. Appointments that must be rescheduled, will still be charged.
APPOINTMENTS/ COURSES

Please don’t wear mascara to your eyelash appointments (tinting, false lashes or lash lift) as this may affect the end result.

Contact lenses should be removed before any facial or appointment involving the eyes.

Courses are valid for 2 years as they are in place to get the maximum benefit from treatments and therefore are intended to be used on a regular basis as specified.

Please be advised that some of our treatment times are inclusive of consultation and changing times.
Mobile Phones
In the interest of comfort for all our clients please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off or on silent for the full duration of your time at the salon. Please note if you would like to charge your mobile phone whilst having one of our treatments the option will be available via wireless charging.
Children
We respectfully ask that you leave young children at home whilst you are having your treatments, due to strict Health & Safety guidelines, children are not permitted in any treatment rooms or to be left unattended in the reception area. We cannot be held responsible for young children at any time within the salon. Anyone entering the salon under the age of 16 years must always be accompanied by an adult.
Refusal Of Service
We reserve the right to refuse a booking or appointment for any reason such as: frequent cancellations, lateness, failure to follow aftercare procedures, failure to comply with our policies.
