POLICIES & CLIENT INFORMATION

Medical Conditions
Please advise us upon booking if you have any medical conditions as this may affect the suitability of your treatment. Please complete the client consent form with any medical conditions. Some medical conditions are contraindicated to certain treatments. Our beauticians can advise you whether your condition will affect a particular treatment.

While beauty treatments are generally safe, they may carry certain risks and side effects. These can include temporary redness, swelling, irritation, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects. It is important to discuss any known allergies or sensitivities with the therapist beforehand.

Clients bear personal responsibility for disclosing accurate information about their medical history, medications, allergies, and other relevant factors that may impact the outcome of the treatment. Open communication with the therapist is essential for ensuring safe and effective beauty treatments.

 

Patch Testing
Patch tests are required for the following treatments.

  • Lash Lift / Fluffy Brows - at least 24 hours before each appointment.

  • Eyelash/ Eyebrow Tinting - at least 24 hours before your 1st appointment and if you have any health changes, then every 6 months if you haven't visited us in-between.

  • Eyelash Extensions- at least 24 hours before each appointment.

 

Some beauty treatments require multiple sessions or ongoing maintenance to achieve and maintain the desired results. It is important to discuss the recommended treatment plan, including follow-up appointments, with the professional to understand the full scope of the treatment process.

BOOKING & COMPLAINTS POLICY

Booking Terms
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Upon booking you will be asked to pay 100% of your treatment price. Appointments aren’t confirmed until a deposit is paid.

Complaints Policy
If you have any issues, please get in touch ASAP via email at info@sanyaspalondon.com so we can put it right for you. You may be offered advice or a free check-up appointment to assess the issue and so we can work together to come to a resolution. Complaints are acknowledged within 5 days of receiving them. In case of an investigation is needed you will have a response no more than 20 days after date of acknowledgment.

The Sanya SPA endeavours to be as safe a space as possible. We are an anxiety-friendly space and will do our best to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
